Immigration (Excluding Asylum)

SERVICES PROVIDED

  • Initial meeting to take your instructions, understand the facts of your case and establish your requirements and objectives.
  • Advise you by giving a clear explanation of the issues involved and the options available to you including the strengths and weaknesses of your case.
  • Agree with you the next steps to be taken in your matter.
  • Perusal and drafting of witness statements and other documents.
  • Further meetings as required to prepare you for any Home Office interviews and Immigration Tribunal or Court hearings including, explaining, Home Office, Immigration Tribunal and Court procedures.
  • Attendance and representation at, Home Office Interviews, Immigration Tribunals and Court.
  • Review of your hearing outcome or the outcome of your Home Office application with you.

FIXED FEE OPTION (Disbursements not included)

  • Immigration (non-asylum): Between £800.00 + VAT = £960 to £1500 + VAT = £1800 (VAT may not be applicable for all types of cases therefore please call our office for further information).
  • Corporate Immigration: £2000.00 + VAT = £2400 to £4000.00 + VAT = £4800 (VAT may not be applicable for all types of cases therefore please call our office for further information).
  • Immigration Appeals & Judicial Reviews: Please call our office so we can provide you with an individual quote as this will depend on the complexity of your matter: From £750 + VAT = £900 to £4000 + VAT = £4800

HOURLY RATE OPTION (Disbursements not included)

  • Directors and Senior Solicitors: £270 + VAT = £324
  • Solicitors (Over 3 years) £200 + VAT = £240
  • Solicitors (0-3 years) £180 + VAT = £216
  • Caseworkers/Trainee solicitors £120 + VAT = £144

  • Experts: from £100 + VAT = £120 to £800 + VAT = £960
  • Counsel: from £350 + VAT = £420 to £1500 + VAT = £1800

LIKELY TIMESCALE

  • To prepare and submit your application to the Home Office: 3 – 6 Weeks. · To receive your Home Office decision: See Timescale inside the UK and Timescale outside the UK.
  • To prepare and submit your Judicial Review application to the court: 4 – 8 Weeks.
  • To receive your Judicial Review decision (depends on nature of application): 3 - 7 months.
