Emir graduated from the University of Southampton in 2011, completing his LLB with Honours degree. After graduating, he returned to his home town Famagusta, Cyprus and sat his exams for the Cyprus Bar Association. Upon passing his exams, he qualified as a Lawyer in Cyprus and practised mainly criminal and civil litigation in a mixed practice law firm. He worked as a Lawyer in Cyprus for 5 years and decided to return to the UK to qualify here. Upon his return to the UK, he worked and began specialising in immigration law and personal injury litigation claims. He is currently undertaking his Legal Practice Course at the University of Law part-time and is due to complete his course in 2020.
Emir joined Morgan Has Solicitors as a consultant in October 2018. Emir advises in all aspects of immigration law including but not limited to, ECAA-2(Ankara Agreement), Further Leave to Remain (all types), Entry Clearance Spouse Visas, EEA-Visa, Asylum, Tourist Visas, Student Visas, Dependent Visas, Applications outside Immigration Rules (FLR-FP, Discretionary Leave to Remain), Point Based Visa and appeals at all stages.
